The house has four bedrooms with two seperate bathrooms. Perfect for two families or small groups of adults. The living, dining area, kitchen and king bedroom have unbelievable views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your essentials including coffee machine, dishwasher, hot plate and an oven.
There is an open fire in the main living area for winter (no fires permitted between November and beginning of May) as well as a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. The laundry is fully equipped with washer, dryer and a clothes line outside.
Bedroom 1 has ocean views and one king bed.
Bedroom 2 has one queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has two singles.
Bedroom 4 has two singles, a TV and an additional private entrance door.
The bedrooms are not air-conditioned like the main living area but all have ceiling fans and fresh sea breezes through open windows. Oil heaters provided in cooler months. There are shaded patio areas on both sides of the house for relaxing. You might prefer to have a snooze by the ocean on the hammock hung between Peppi trees.
Separating the house from the beach is a grassed area for the kids to play, as well as a secret fairy garden and plenty of bushland to explore. We supply tennis rackets and balls for the tennis court, as well as, kayaks, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs and some beach toys. We just ask these are all returned to their original place upon departing.
Guests have access to the whole property which is approximately 3000 square meters of bushland including a private tennis court. The garage will be locked.
Guests have access to the entire house except for a few locked cupboards and one locked storage room.
The beach can be accessed by the general public but most of the time you will feel like you have it all to yourself!
A travel cot and high chair are available to use at the property. Please BYO linen specific to your baby's needs
There is a strict fire ban between the November and May in the Southwest.
The indoor fireplace and fire pit may be used between May to November only. A limited supply of wood for the indoor fireplace is provided. Extra bags of wood can be purchased from most petrol stations.
Guests are free to use kayaks, tennis rackets and beach equipment. Please do not use the dinghy.
A portable BBQ is provided but will be stored away in cooler months or when bad weather is forecasted.
Strictly no parking on tennis court.
Please refrain from climbing and jumping off the sand bag retaining wall. These bags can break and are very hard and painful for little ankles to land on buried under shallow sand. Please use the right of way passage on the right hand side of the property for beach access when carrying kayaks to and from the water. Thank you.
No excessive noise after 10pm. Please respect our neighbours.

***There is a mooring directly in front of the property which you are welcome to use for suitable boats no more than 5-6 meters in length.
Nearest launching ramp is Abbey, only a 5 minute drive down the road.
