You will feel instantly at home in this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, boasting all the modern comforts. The open plan living/dining and fully equipped kitchen area is spacious and stylish, with hints of country charm. The kitchen boasts a butlers pantry and preparation area.
The fireplace in the loungeroom is a beautiful feature and keeps the house cosy in winter. Every room has fully ducted air-conditioning with heating and cooling functions which can be individually controlled in every room. A separate rumpus room at the front of the house is perfect for movies and board games.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus an extra powder room. The main king bedroom, with a private entrance out to the outdoor pool and verandah area, has its own private ensuite, walk-in robe and TV. The queen bedroom, twin single bedroom and bunk room share the second bathroom and separate powder room.
The 2nd king bedroom, with ensuite, has been thoughtfully designed to aid guests with access disabilities including widened door frames to the toilet and shower. This bedroom also has a wall mounted TV. The verandah has an outdoor lounge area, large dining table and BBQ, all overlooking grassed parkland and beautiful forest.
There are various seating options in the pool area, including sun-loungers. Lawn games (some provided) can be enjoyed on one of the grassed areas or a game of pool in the fully enclosed garage. With over 6 acres to enjoy, you will not be short on space. Hotel quality linen is provided, as well as Eco Store brand hand and body soaps.
Guests can access all areas of the house except for two locked supply cupboards. All areas of the property are accessible to guests, except the shed and shed perimeters where some building material, equipment and machinery is stored. Please ensure children stay clear of this area.
BYO pool/beach towels. Hire towels can be arranged with at least 7 days notice at an additional fee. 
Noise - Noise travels far in tranquil neighbourhoods. Please have consideration for the neighbours and their children. No excessively loud music or rowdy behaviour will be tolerated. While evening family BBQ's are expected and encouraged, if you are looking for a party house, please keep looking as this property is not the right fit for you.
Fire Restrictions - There are strict fire restrictions in place in the Southwest for good reason. Strictly no fires to be lit between November to May (this includes the indoor log fire and outdoor fire pit). No open, uncontained fires, such as bonfires, to be lit on this property at any time of year, under any circumstances.
A limited supply of wood for the indoor fireplace is provided. Additional bags of wood can be purchased from most petrol stations if you run out and/or wish to use the outdoor firepit. 
Pets - Although we provide a fenced area for pets, we take no responsibility for pets escaping this area. The property backs onto Biddle Road which does have tendencies for high speed traffic. No pets permitted on indoor or outdoor furniture and please keep pets out of any rooms with carpet. Guests must bring pets own bedding, food & water bowls and anything else they may need. No responsibility will be taken for pets by the property manager True South Escapes, or the owners of this property. Bring your pets entirely at your own risk.
No parties, events (including weddings) or leavers under any circumstances. Please do not ask.
We don’t accept bookings for large adult groups. A strict maximum of 8 adult guests per booking (total of 12 guests - adults and children combined).
No extra guests permitted overnight. No caravans, tents or campers permitted on the property.
The property is not fenced and backs onto Biddle Road.We allow guests to log into their own streaming channels so please bring your own log in details.
