The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, apartment is spread over two levels (the second and third floors) of a three-story building. A small, takeaway coffee shop is conveniently situated on the ground level of the building. Enter through the apartments private entrance to the first floor open-plan "light and bright" kitchen/dining area that opens, via bi-fold doors, to the generously sized (21 sqm) alfresco balcony entertaining area. The balcony, with outdoor dining setting and BBQ, presents views of vibrant streetscapes and the central beach parklands. The whole apartment is decked out with brand new furniture, including all mattresses and hotel quality bedding. Crisp white hire linen and bath towels are included. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee station and double fridge/freezer. The breakfast bar and dining table offer indoor dining options. The spacious living room is decked out with modern furniture including a 6 seater lounge, cosy bay-window seat and 75 inch smart-TV to meet all of your lounging needs. Conveniently located on this level is a full laundry with washer and dryer, plus a toilet and vanity. Heading upstairs to the second level to three very generous-sized bedrooms. The king bedroom with en-suite is situated at one end of the apartment, whilst a 2nd king bedroom, with ocean glimpses, is located at the other end of the apartment, right next-door to the second bathroom. Perfectly designed to provide two couples with the choice to have their own space and privacy throughout their stay. Both King bedrooms include private wall-mounted smart TV's. The third bedroom consists of two single beds. A study nook with solid oak desk on the second level common area comes in handy for business needs or provides a great space to layout a puzzle for the kids. A toy box is provided, plus games, books and puzzles for all ages. A cot and highchair are available to use free of charge. The parklands across the street include an area with fantastic play equipment for a wide age range of children as well as expansive grassed areas if you fancy a family game of cricket or soccer. The calm waters and white sands of Dunsborough beach are less than 150 metres from the apartment. The apartment lot complex offers guests free use of undercover bike racks, plus one designated parking bay per apartment, as well as a couple of visitor parking bays. Free street parking directly in front of the apartment is an additional option. An easy 2-minute walk to the foreshore where Southwest Boats and Bikes offer all sorts of equipment hire for hassle-free fun, including mountain bikes and water sport equipment such as kayaks (kids, singles and doubles), SUPS (stand-up paddle boards), pedal boats and even floating pontoons to enjoy in the safe, calm waters of Geographe Bay.

No School Leavers permitted under any circumstances - please do not ask. Please respect the neighbours, rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. The location is 5 star all the way!! Situated on the beach-side end of Dunn Bay Road, the main street in Dunsborough town, Salty Solstice is the ideal central location. Dunsborough foreshore parklands which hosts many community events throughout the year, including the popular Sculpture by the Bay, begins just across the road. The calm waters of Geographe Bay are only metres beyond the foreshore. Various walking trails are easily accessible, including one which begins from behind the apartment complex. A plethora of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, health & fitness centres, massage & wellness, boutique clothing & gift stores and so much more sit somewhere between a stones throw and a leisurely stroll from the apartment. Dunsborough is situated between Busselton (25 minute Drive), Margaret River (35 minute drive) and a short yet scenic, 11 minute drive across the cape to the renowned Yallingup Lagoon and surf breaks, making it the ideal base to access the hundreds of attractions this incredible region offers, in all directions.

Location is amazing. Could walk everywhere in town. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished with everything you could need. Cafe downstairs was super convenient. Loved the balcony. Our host was great with communication. Construction next door but that's unavoidable and temporary.

Find us

Everything in Dunsborough Town, including some of the best beaches in the region and scenic walking trails, can be easily accessed by foot from the accommodation so, depending on far you would like to venture, a car is not completely necessary. However, if time permits, we highly recommend spending at least one day exploring the region further either by car, or an organised tour. Most tours offer pick up at your doorstep, or central pick up/ drop off points very close by to the apartments central location. We suggest taking Caves Road towards Margaret River, allowing for plenty for stops along the way to make the most of this incredible region.
